		About Us Link Management Consulting (LinkConsult) is an organization established in 1999 and is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Our mission is to be recognized as the premium provider of HR and other related professional programs through excellence of content and faculty throughout the Middle East and to continue to raise the awareness of the need for professional qualifications within the HR community in the Middle East. We have two separate but complementary areas of professional excellence and the necessary competencies in each group. The Education and Training Group : To help professionals develop their skills and abilities, we offer several training courses either in the form of Certification Programs or Custom Workshops in collaboration with different international Certification Bodies such as WorldatWork and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). We offer both public and in-house courses in various locations in the Middle East throughout the year to help organizations become self-reliant in their HR functions by developing their in-house resources and investing in their future. These courses will help organizations develop internal/external equity; promote growth, social and economic development in the workplace and in the community. Our programs are intensely practical in nature and address the relevant discipline's Body of Knowledge together with the latest trends in the field of practice. We have the most senior of faculty, all of whom enjoy excellent world-class reputations. As the major coordinator of major professional bodies, we have become the provider of choice for those who wish to enhance their career prospects through quality-recognized professional certification. We are particularly proud of our contribution to the development and delivery of a range of Professional Education and Training Programs in the Middle Eastern Region. These have included: Introduced Professional Remuneration Certification Education to UAE and Gulf region in 1999 (GRP) Introduced Professional HR Certification to UAE and Gulf region in 2001 (PHR,SPHR,GPHR). Introduced a Diversified HR Educational Program to UAE in 2003. Consulting Group We offer consultancy services in the areas of human resources, organizational design and compensation programs through our alliance with various international consultancy firms. We pride ourselves on having within our group amongst the most highly recognized consultants in the world. All have had extensive experience across multi-industries and are fully qualified professionals within their chosen fields of expertise
