Human
Resource Management Strategy
Our consultants
will help the organization formulate effectively Human Resource Management strategies
in order for the company to : realize its mission and vision; attain its
organizational objectives; sustain viability of its core competencies; and
fit the organizational context which are well-integrated with
organizational strategies & tactical plans.
Reward
Strategy
To ensure
compensation programs are aligned with client’s business strategies
and values, our consultants facilitate the development of a compensation
strategy. This strategy serves as a framework for future compensation
program design. As part of the process, we identify guiding principles and
the compensation program characteristics that support these principles. Our
consultants assess how well current programs meet these principles, and
identify and prioritize gaps that need to be addressed and alternative
approaches for closing these gaps.
Job
Evaluation Strategy
We develop
systematic approaches to determine both the internal and external values of
an organization’s jobs. Consultants analyze work by collecting data
in ways that foster acceptance of the results at all levels of the
organization. To assist in this process, we provide a database of
computerized job descriptions. Our consultants are well versed in the full
range of job evaluation methodologies – from the ranking to more
sophisticated computer-based evaluation systems. Utilizing national,
regional, local and specialized industry surveys, our consultants
‘price’ jobs to determine competitive market values.
International
Compensation
To assist our
clients in the design and administration of multinational total
compensation programs, our consultants supply information regarding local
practices and regulations, and develop compensation arrangements for
various classifications and international personnel.
Executive
Compensation
To assist
clients in the selection of appropriate executive compensation programs,
our consultants help identify alternatives that meet specific requirements
in terms of cost and benefit implications. We evaluate the features of
executive compensation package to determine the tax and estate building
features while providing design guidelines that achieve consistency with
business plans and shareholders interests.
Performance
Management
To establish
measures that are linked to organization results, our consultants assist
clients in the translation of goals into effective employee performance
appraisals utilizing the latest techniques in training and development. Our
consultants work with management and employee groups to establish the
closest relationship between leadership styles, employee skills and
organization focus.

Alternative Reward Systems
To assists
clients in the selection of effective rewards programs, we apply readiness
test to determine needs. We utilize a statistical model that identifies
potentials for gain from increased productivity. Our consultants work with
clients to develop and implement reward programs that meet predetermined
objectives and minimize work force contributions.

We conduct
productivity studies that result in an analysis of organization structure,

computer-based systems that develop definitive measures of productivity
when compared to standards of performance.
