Problem
Solving and Decision-Making Skills
Many people view the changing business environment with fear and trepidation.
We should not however, allow ourselves to be drawn down with a problem-only
or negative mentality. We need to challenge ourselves and our organization
to look for new opportunities or perspectives. We need to be more focused
on being creative and dynamic. Only then can we find the right orientation
and basis for effective decision making.
We should focus on the fact that "failure is not an option" and
therefore we must make sure that we are able to change or influence the
future. If we do not see problems as opportunities and produce creative
decision, the future will change us - for the worse!
This course will help you to move forward in appropriate decisions. After
all "when the going gets tough - the tough gets going".
