The
Power of the Mind - Mind Mapping
Our mind has unlimited potential which is as yet
largely untapped. Consequently, we do not utilise the potential to its
optimum, mainly because we are now aware of its functions and the
"how-to" to harness its vast potential.
Currently there are numerous techniques to encourage and enhance creative
thinking for problem-solving, decision-making and other daily and practical
applications. One of the more effective techniques is Mind-mapping,
developed and made popular by Tony Buzan.
This workshop will explain this method to enable participants to better
understand the mechanisms and function of our minds so as to allow us to
maximize its manifold strengths.

Methodology
The
course will be conducted through lectures, facilitated discussions and
practical exercises based on "experiential learning". Besides
participants would be given "hands-on" exercises to allow them
the practical experience of doing their own mind-maps, video presentation
and group discussions. At the end of the course, each individual
participant would be able to know what a mind-map is and how to construct
their own mindmaps.
