Creative
Thinking & Problem Solving
Seminar
Overview
"There's a way to do it better - find it" - Thomas A Edison Organizations
wanting to be innovative in their operations need to encourage their human
resources to sharpen their abilities to think creatively and to pre- vent
or solve problems effectively, during good and bad economic times. The
obstacles to innovation are too common, such as conditioned responses to
new challenges, mind-set as a factor in resistance to change, and mental
block in per- ceivii1g opportunities in a situation which is full of
obstacles. This 3-day course aims to equip participants with a set of
skills in analytical thinking, creative thinking and judicial thinking, so
that the individual's job performances can be optimized, to the benefit of
their organizations.
